Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please note that cancellations or changes to appointments are not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $100 deposit fee will not be refunded.
To help us accommodate all clients and provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable, except in cases where you are medically unable to receive treatment.
To request a refund for medical reasons, a doctor’s note must be provided.
