We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $100 deposit fee will not be refunded.

All bookings are non-refundable, except in cases where you are medically unable to receive treatment.
To request a refund for medical reasons, a doctor’s note must be provided.
